What is the love, peace and harmony field?
The love, peace and harmony field is made up of our unique calligraphy art and song.
These calligraphies are created by LPHF founder, Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha, who is a world-renowned calligrapher and humanitarian. They represent the message of Xiang Ai (Love), Ping An (Peace), He Xie (Harmony).
These calligraphies carry a therapeutic frequency and vibration to bring relaxation and rejuvenation to the participants of the sessions. They create a powerful, positive field for in-person as well as online groups. They are designed to be shared with communities, bringing their uplifting message wherever it is needed most. They have been used in places such as hospitals, schools, shelters, and more.

Our organization’s service greatly depends on the contributions of our volunteers to spread love, peace, and harmony to as many people and places as possible. Community Engagement Coordinator
Join us as a Community Engagement Coordinator and become a catalyst for positive change in your community! As a vital member of our team, you will be entrusted with the uplifting commitment of spreading love, peace, and harmony through the transformative Love Peace Harmony Field. This volunteer opportunity empowers you to make a meaningful impact in diverse settings such as hospitals, schools, shelters, and more.
As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will lead at least one in-person community service outreach consistently on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, connecting with individuals in need. You will be a caretaker for the physical calligraphies of the Love Peace Harmony Field. Your responsibilities include submitting monthly reports to document your service activities, collecting and sharing inspiring stories from participants and events, and maintaining active communication with the foundation. We value your commitment to ongoing personal development, and you’ll have the opportunity to attend comprehensive training sessions.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills to engage effectively with a diverse community. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work both independently and as part of a team to nurture inclusivity and create a positive, safe environment for community members.
