Honoring the Legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. Through Action

JANUARY 20 — To honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2025, we held a special celebration led by our founder, Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha — recognized by the Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Commission for his contributions to world peace — uniting people and honoring the spirit of Dr. King through love, service, hope, and transformation. We also celebrated a decade of impactful collaboration with APEC Afterschool Care Program, located in Dr. King’s birthplace of Atlanta, Georgia, which has integrated the Love Peace Harmony Field into its curriculum for the past 10 years. The celebration was also a fundraiser for APEC, in which we raised $5,883.90, with the Love Peace Harmony Foundation matching donations for a total of $11,767.80 donated to fund life-changing scholarships for children in the APEC Afterschool Care Program, ensuring that more children in need receive the love and resources they deserve to thrive.

We express our gratitude to those who donated, and to all those who are out there in the world working to honor the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. in action, spreading love, peace, and harmony to those who need it most. Together, we can make a difference.

In a time when the world faces immense challenges—from wars to natural disasters—now is the moment that we can make a meaningful impact when we come together. We are all empowered to be the light the world needs, to spread love, peace, and harmony in our life and community.
