Celebrating our Volunteer Appreciation & Award Ceremony

JANUARY 28, 2025 — Our volunteers are the backbone of what we do. With over 350 volunteers in over 30 countries around the world, serving tirelessly, day-in, day-out, we wanted to take a pause to celebrate some of the outstanding impacts our volunteers are making.

Cue our Volunteer Appreciation Ceremony, an online event highlighting inspiring stories and presenting awards to some standout volunteers. We were thrilled to celebrate outstanding contributions with Achievement Awards across 15 categories, and to also celebrate the achievements of every single one of our family of volunteers.

The event was hosted by our Executive Director Alexia Cito, and Manager, Volunteer Services Francesca Bartella, who opened the event with volunteer acknowledgement, and a Love Peace Harmony Field™ practice, before sharing our 2024 Year In Review video (click here) and our 2025 goals & visions, before launching into our volunteer recognition award ceremony.

We shared laughs, heart touching moments, even tears, as volunteers shared their amazing stories of their service, of gratitude for their acknowledgment, and in celebration of one another.
